Equipment features:
1. The machine can produce the mask with a specification 175x95mm.
2. This machine uses 5-6 ultra sonic wave systems as welding, so as to achieve better and more stable effect of welding, and extend the service life of ultrasonic wave.
3. This machine uses one 1HP motor and three 1HP servo motors as the main transmission power, and its speed is adjustable;
4. The power supply of the machine is 220V/50HZ/1PHASE.
5. The machine is equipped with a broken (missing) material device;
6. It is equipped with automatic counting, which can be transferred by stacking directional conveyor belt according to the quantity required;
7. The connecting part of the mask piece falls on the material plate of the ear belt machine at a moderate height, which makes the machine more stable, smooth and stable operation.
8. The machine is equipped with three layers of material rack.
